Bertram Dispute Resolution provides impartial mediation and arbitration among adverse parties as a productive and fair alternative to litigation. BDR represents a true alternative to conventional mediation services: efficient, deeply informed case management by trusted professionals.

The BDR approach is different. For every case, we commit to a conscientious “drill-down” – an orientation to the supporting facts. A BDR mediator never walks into a session cold. Operating impartially and openly, he or she facilitates efficient, straightforward communication and earns trust while leading clients to common and agreed solutions. And BDR prides itself not only on pre-session preparation but post-session follow-up communication.
